How to Process a Return

1) Submit your request

Prior to shipment of any returned product, all warranty claims and return requests must be submitted to: support@lumaiii.com

2) Meet Return Conditions

All return requests must be made to Luma III Inc. within  30 days of purchase. Any return for refund must be in new and saleable condition in original packaging. 

3) Mail us the Product

Please return the product to:

4) Give us a few Days

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the original purchase. 

Defective Products

NOTE: If the product is found to be defective, Luma III’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair of replacement of the Luma III product. Shipping fees may apply. Luma III shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. 

All returns must be verified through Luma III’s support email provided above. If you return your items without verification or return your item in used condition, you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back to you.
